really enjoyed this video, the production process is fascinating and the visuals are great. however, i can't help but wonder if the automation in factories like this takes away some of the authenticity of traditional samosas. what do you all think?

I used to eat packed chicken fried rice brand CP from 7-11 in Thailand and Hong Kong and I can tell you there is a huge difference in taste when it comes to freshly cooked fried rice and packed fried rice. Packed meal is convenient for those are always looking for a quick meal or doesn't want to go out to explore food options. Nonetheless, nothing beats a freshly prepared home cooked meal.
