Imo, this was the most disturbing scene in the series. The music makes it all the more haunting.

my favorite scene from BB. the music and the discomfort Jesse feels driving that go kart alone go together perfectly.

Jesse and Marie were feeling the same things, they were feeling alone and needed to escape reality somehow, lying about their lives, giving up their house or stealing things to feel minimally alive

I finally finished the show yesterday (it took me a month to finish yeah) and I couldn't get this out of my head. Not only is one of my favorite acting moments from Paul, but the song stuck with me as well. I feel the song can relate to many different characters and moments. So good!

This song perfectly encapsulates the feeling of Dead Space. At least the first game. There’s so much horror around you that you just feel so helpless that the darkness seeps into you and you become like an animal, surviving on nothing but grim determination and bloodlust.

I can relate so much to this scene. Trying to fight of all emotions ripping ones mind apart. Useless, meaningless partying to stop thinking or being alone with your thoughts. Just being afraid to be confronted with what happend.

I love how the prior episode shows his house as the party we all wanted to be at, then this one shows the drug fueled nightmare it became.

Symbolism at its peak. Right after killing Gale, he thought he could cover it up by just keeping himself distracted from the fact that he had just murdered someone. There was little to no graffiti in his house which showed he hadn't suffered mental scarring from what he had done. The graffiti represents scarring and the people represent his thoughts. His thoughts were all in unison during the party but in this scene, it was total chaos showing his thoughts were all over the place and he couldn't care less what was happening to his property. Man I love this show.
