I was in choir all of my life. We did rockin around the Christmas tree and jingle bell rock every funking year. We did this one once. In freshman year. I loved the way it sounded Even as a non believer.

She's got the pipes for that solo. Lots of performances of this arrangement have the whole section singing it, or the soloist really needed months more of rehearsals than they actually did. But this is by far the best I've heard outside of the BYU combined choirs or the Choir at Temple Square.

Thanks for your kind words. We perform a lot of Dan Forrest arrangements because of their beautiful settings and this was no exception. We sang the lyrics exactly as written in his arrangement.

We are doing this at East newton in MO for our Veterans' day, and my boyfriend, who has gotten calls from each of the branches for his score on the ASVAB of 80; is announcing each of the songs as they come. His voice is so beautiful. I am so proud of him. God has blessed us in so many ways.
