ok so this is different at my school for every five laps we get a toe token then when we complete cards we get a bronze, silver, gold and a running man Update I'm on my gold 65 laps so far

What is the approximate distance of each lap? Also, is that an outdoor 9 Square game in the background? Is it secured in the ground?

Each lap is 1/4 of a mile. Yes that is 9 square but I am not sure if it is secured into the ground.
