I really enjoyed doing this one! I think adding the colour made it 'pop' I find using Derwent coloursoft pencils good as they are easy to blend.

These are fun to revisit this year.

Such a pretty pattern...I really love the black and white and thinking I will draw the hearts with my red micron.....remember, there are no mistakes and actually you can't really notice those first two once you shaded it. So annoying to have that happen isn't it.....but you saved someone from doing it and that's the reason we watch and learn. Thank you for sharing and inspiring!

When I lived in Tx 1981 there was a terrible ice storm the whole of Houston was glistening . My work called me to stay home . I worked at St Joseph’s hospital in I C U . The staff that was already there stayed all weekend . It was crazy. After that when it melted there was huge hail storm in which the windshield of my car cracked . What I did enjoy was seeing the armadillos on the road . At the time I lived in the woodlands in which there was actually woods . Now I have seen it is full of very expensive homes 🤨. Needless to say I left Tx but it was fun for awhile ❤.

Thank you for another fun video! I have a suggestion, you can use the paint in your watercolor markers by scribbling a bit of whichever nib is thicker into the well of a watercolor palette. Add a wee bit of water. The resulting paint can be picked up with a paint brush and used. 🎨🧑‍🎨

I used another watercolor product called Brusho and learned a different method to apply the powder. Try this with the Lindy’s and see how it works. Wet the paper, then sprinkle some of the powder directly on the paper. Take a spritz bottle and gently spray the powder on the paper and watch the color expand. It’s a different effect than just applying the powder with a brush. Of course you can go back over it with a brush after you sprayed the paper.
