Feel sorry for Anson, having to stand next to a guitar player that is twice what he is. As a person too.little Charley would at least say hi to his fans. Anson wouldn’t even look at you, just walk past without saying a word…….

Saw them at Iron Horse in Mass whenever they came to town. Rick Estrin is the best harp player you will ever see. Charlie was the most exciting live guitar player, and Rick the wildest, funniest harp player I have ever seen in over 50 years watching different bands. AND, they were very nice afterwards and talked to me like they knew me for years. Great show. Wish I could see them now, but I am sure they are retired.

Rick and the band still tour! Google Rick Estrin and the Nightcats. Different lineup but as good as ever.

The set-up is Bud explaining to Lou they've only got twenty-five cents between them. Not wanting to appear down on their luck in front of the pretty waitress, he tells Lou, "I'll order a turkey sandwich and a cup of coffee. When she asks you what you'd like, just say you don't want anything. We'll go sit down and I'll split the sandwich with you." But when it comes time to order, Bud pesters Lou to order something, too. When Lou finally gives in, Bud slaps him, takes him aside and reminds him not to order anything. The action is repeated several times, to Lou's mounting consternation.

The whole "What Street" bit and Costello 's angst is hysterical. Abbott's, too. Funny, too, is some of the arcane language used in the episode: "excuse me, lady;" "hold the wire;" & "precisely, Madam."

all joking aside this is really a great piece describing the disaster that is the modern woman and is a fine example of how it affects men it is way ahead of its time don't worry i will explain so the man and woman get divorced based on statistics we can assume that his wife left him as 70%+ of divorces are initiated by women plus men are known to be more devastated emotionally due to divorces so it's also evident that she left him due to him leaving her photo up for decades he really loved her and she destroyed him really sad stuff anyways it continues to show a fine example of the modern woman as his ex wife didn't tell this man that she was carrying his baby because the modern woman believes men have no space and no rights in the parenting world so he never knew he was a father something that surely would have been a great comfort to the man especially after the divorce when he could have had someone to pour his love into as a good and respectable family man and also provide her daughter with a loving father to help prepare her for the harsh realities of the real world especially for women super problematic of the woman tbh men should have the right to know when they are a father and be afforded the right to be a parent when they are in fact a parent and be involved in the child's life but lets move on and not harp on any individual points as there are just so many to get to that really illustrate how crappy the modern woman truly is as proven by this genius song so now you have this woman raising a daughter and this daughter has no father in her life and big surprise she ends up with daddy issues, she ends up promiscuous, she ends up out there in the streets belonging to them we can obviously assume this song is not about her first one night stand with a stranger she picked up at a bar she's really out there living that modern woman sexual liberation life thinking it's good for her as her mother obviously taught her as you know she was out there in the streets living her best life after the divorce taking any and all dicks available to her (nearly every dick) probably many of which were black but obviously we as men who go our own way know the end to this story and the lesson to be learned by women we've seen it time and time again some say the number of times we've seen it is truly countless there is no known number that can describe how many times we've seen this women however never seem to learn the obvious lesson so this song is necessary to show modern women the errors of their ways anyways so due to her mom 1 leaving her husband while pregnant and divorcing him when he clearly loved her more than anything in the world 2 not telling him she was pregnant with his child 3 not telling her daughter who her father is 4 raising her daughter without a father 5 teaching her daughter that sexual promiscuity is not only the way but extremely empowering 6 teaching her daughter through action and also possibly words that she don't need no man the daughter is now in quite the pickle she has found herself in a situation where not knowing who her father is and not having a man and father in her life due to her mom's transgressions has resulted in her having wild crazy sexual relations as a one night stand with an older man (daddy issues) but not any man this man is her literal biological father and upon seeing her mom's photo on his wall put two and two together and killed herself at which point her father found her dead with the note and proceeded to kill himself for the obvious reason so here we are we have a dead daughter and a dead father who committed the whoreible sin of incest unknowingly all because the mom and wife divorced her husband fucked around with other men raised her daughter without a father to teach her life lessons like don't belong to the streets and just overall being a terrible retarded person she should be charged with double homicide tbafrn and imprisoned for life i hope she's happy with her life choices and how they resulted directly in the death of 2 people she should have loved more than anyone what are the chances even a single woman hears that song and understands any of this probably zero but the work is still important the message still needs to be taught and the story still needs to be told the fact that this song only has roughly 2000 views after almost a decade on youtube says it all they are hiding this video from the public because it goes against the modern liberal agenda to destroy the family unit and therefore is problematic even though we all know what is really problematic about this whole situation really makes you think tbh
