Of your dividend stocks, I like MAIN and STAG the most. STAG is currently up over 12% in the last month.

GOOGL is currently down over 4% in the last month. TSLA is currently up over 19% in the last month, but down over 10% today. Tesla's stock seems very volatile at the moment. I have read that some people seem to think the market is rotating from large cap stocks to small cap stocks.

SBUX is currently down over 7% in the last month, and NKE is currently down over 26% in the last month. I read that more recently, Starbucks has struggled to hold on to its less loyal customers and stiffer competition. I think Nike also has struggled with less loyal customers and stiffer competition.

I invest in people more so then companies. This CEO is bad at communication When I occasionally go and have a coffee I seek out other stores than Starbuks because I know its not comfortable there. I am looking for a nice, quiet place with free wifi, and a relaxed background music, instead of the been grinder and hard chairs. And for crying out loud, get some more delicious, maybe even regional cakes in, instead of these overpriced sugar loafs that taste like crap. In other words if you want pricing power you have to deliver quality, tranquility, and peace of mind. If you cater to the working class ... welcome at the forefront of the destruction of disposable income

Their coffee how shot way up in price. Went in to get one a few weeks ago and it was almost $9 for one coffee. That's an entire fast food meal somewhere. I'm not spending that on a single drink. I can make coffee just as good at home for a fraction of that cost. They are another company that is claiming inflation is why they are raising prices so much while gouging customers. People are catching on and not spending at places like this anymore, not to mention having less free cash to spend in general.

Starbucks, "luxury coffee", 🤣 they are just seen as overpriced, 'fast food' in Australia where they largely failed.

I've never liked Starbucks coffee found it to be bitter, burnt and weak. I think they add too much milk and if i wanted to have a coffee that tasted like milk why would i purchase a Starbucks coffee. I have many starbucks gift cards that are worth $5 or $10 given to me as gifts. I still have them in my wallet. That sums it up right there. Also, i have my own machine at home where i have a great coffee grinder and grind fresh beans every morning. I can make a double or triple and the cost is about .40-50 cents with frothed milk. The taste is amazing compared to Starbucks. Plus, why would i spend $5-6.00 on a cup of coffee unless I'm meeting a friend or client for coffee. Then i would expense it. If i'm going to recommend a coffee shop to meet i would say Artigiano's.
