I have been as critical as lots of folks here.. BUT, I will commend you all for the marked improvement. As others have mentioned, the lighting issue seems to be a bit of a problem, not as much as before. Just double check your shots guys. I like the addition of the B-rolls. It's showing progress. This young lady is getting better, just some ideas here. Have a script that you can refer too. You don't have to stick to it verbatim. Use it as a guide on what to talk about. You have potential. This is the best so far in the series. Presello team, give her more support. She is getting there. Here's a suggestion, grab Julias best video, put it in editing software and follow the beats of the video. Cuts, music and intro, reverse engineer it if you're not part of I guess her team. Either way... Keep going. I expect these to get better.

Dear Presello, stop being stubborn by keeping her on as a presenter. It's bordering on CRUEL, to her and to your audience. She is not appealing at all to perspective buyers who can afford units like this one.

I just saw Julia that a couple of you mentioned below. This Trish (?) is way better than Julia. Trish smiles, which welcomes people to listen to her. It's inviting. Maybe Julie should learn from Trish how to smile and not talk like you're in a rush to beat the traffic.

I don't like those mirrors. Scary at night as you might see another shadow at a corner when lights are dim. I'm almost certain if lights are turned off or dimmed low at night, and you search enough in those mirrors, you would see another face staring back at you.

I like you. Just constructive comments: You need lights for these tours. Madilim kasi di ka makita. I have to turn brightness full sa laptop to see you. Also, put the price range. Avoid black clothing unless it's for funeral.

I like the style of presentation especially 6:20.

I like the idea that Presello is offering condo tours as well. Whoever you are, don't mind the hate. Keep growing and aim to improve your home tour skills together with the channel as your English is already great. My other nitpick is that the video quality is subpar even at maximum 1080p.

This was better than the previous ones. Just take the time to write out an outline or script. The cinematography is better. I know it’s a small space but keep grinding. Watch Julia’s style and learn from her. I see some growth here.

The condo is beautiful but, too dark, making it look small than it is.

Make a live tour of each living space in your presentation..it will be much more appealing to buyers..

Just out of curiosity is this channel meant to be an official offshoot of the main Presello channel/brand? If so, there's improvement but it still leaves a lot to be desired. Although this condo is decent, it's still somewhat small. Just as a tip please watch the lighting, there are too many areas that can't be seen completely by prospective buyers. Just from jump, it's too dark. I think this channel has potential if taken much more seriously. I am looking to buy a condo in that area by next year. So Presello is my first phone call.

I prefer this lady than the other one who always wears a worn out all black. That lady is so annoying she always seems not to know the property she is selling and her outfits are always an eyesore.
