The use of AI in Pathology raises a number of ethical considerations and concerns, particularly regarding transparency and informed consent. Patients have the right to be informed about the use of AI tools in their diagnoses and should have the absolute ability to opt out and or refuse things as such. Risks of Over-Reliance on AI Potential for Misdiagnosis: If AI systems were to be relied upon without sufficient human oversight, there is a risk of misdiagnosis due to the limitations of algorithms, which may not fully capture the complexities of individual cases. Fraud and Manipulation: There are concern that AI could facilitate fraudulent practices or the declaration of fake pandemics and I fear that decision-making could be overly influenced by biased algorithms. Bias and Ineptitude: Algorithms used in artificial intelligence can inherit biases present in training data, leading to skewed results. AI systems are prone to reinforcing existing biases and producing erroneous conclusions. AI currently has no effective or applicable skill in exercising forward linear logic or sound reasoning while even if it did these processes could be easily manipulated and or corrupted. Indeed I have grave concerns about the implementation and use of things as such and this is not something that I feel is conducive to a patient's best interests or those of society as a whole. I do not support or endorse this application of technology and great harm could be done with such a thing being put into widespread or universal use. Of course there are two sides of this coin and there are potential benefits that could be realized however I feel the rewards are not worth the inherent multitude of risks. I feel the implementation of things as such is part of a greater agenda which is why doctors and health care professionals were targeted with bioweapon inoculations and a shortage of these professionals and doctors has been carefully manufactured over the past decade or two. This of course is a double edged sword, it removes qualified opposition and also it leaves patients with little to no qualified alternatives.
