My TV is on Wisdom Share screen when I turn it on and it does not move when I try to turn it off it does not I have to plug it out

When I turn on my TV the Wisdom Share screen comes up but it does not move from there and when i try turning it off it is not locking off I have to plug it out do i need a new tv help me

I just bought a sinotec smart cloud tv and i use it with my Zoom Flex wi-fi. I struggle to install an apk so that i can install google playstore on tv. I do follow all the steps but does not allow me to download it. New or older version is the same. Can u assist me?
