Hi, good day! I have a question regarding the hinge on the brace. Currently, it's set to the default setting, and I'm wondering if I need to adjust it. When I wear the brace and try to fully straighten my leg, I feel some resistance that prevents me from completely straightening it comfortably. Even if I can manage to straighten my leg, it feels uncomfortable because the brace feels very tight. For context, I bought this brace because I had an ACL Stage 2 injury in January 2024 after a ski accident. After four months of recovery (no surgery), l've fully healed, and my doctor has cleared me to return to sports. However, as I plan to ski again in 2025, I'm feeling a bit cautious and purchased this brace for additional ACL protection. Should I adjust the hinge angle for skiing to address this issue? My custom brace was not made correctly. Its SO painful on the lateral side the hinge pushes against my bone it hurts so much. I spent almost $2000 on this brace :(

Did you stop making the "boot fit" braces that fit above the boots? My Defiance are pretty bulky when it comes to fitting them inside most boots.

I really hope to receive a response today. I also have EDS? Which defiance pro would be recommended for Hyperextension of knees, and arthiritis? I am wondering is this brace or any of your brace have adjustable Dual Loadshifters? Does the hinge comes with both flexion and extension stop or it has to be one or the other? Can extension and flexion stop be used with the fourcepoint hinge? What is the difference between flexion/extension stop, fourcepoint hinge and DropLock?
