They still talk about him at Stetson University. My father taught there and I was in the theater fraternity. I didn't realize I was listening to his voice on so many cartoon shows I watched during my childhood.

When when the Beverly hillbillies ended its run after nine years, Irene, Ryon was at the top of the popularity. When she went on Pippin on Broadway, I was there. She literally stopped the show as Bertha in No. Time At All. I have never seen anything like it before or since. The standing ovation continued for several minutes and truly met the definition of showstopper.

WOw, Jackie Coogan was not messing around protecting the child actors. What an amazing benefactor. Never would guess that from Uncle Fester. Jerry Butler was in love with cocaine and being a porn star, I mean, talk about the wrong guy to decide you're in love with. Never fails.

Absolutely beautifully done story of Julie Newmar. I had no idea that she had such a broad and illustrious career - simply amazing. The most beautiful part of this very complete and well told story is what a wonderful mother she is to her son.

I was 10 years old when the Hillbillies came on TV here in Canada, I've watched it since whenever getting the chance ! You are correct, no one could ever play Mr Drysdale as well as Raymond Bailey ! The whole cast were so talented. Thankyou for your channel.

I wonder how many people know that colonel Klink was a Jew? Sergeant Schultz was a Jew. General Burkhalter was a Jew, LeBeau was in a concentration camp until he was 14 years old. He has the tattoo on his arm. Major Hochstetter was also a Jew. Why would they play these parts? The first episode had a Russian actor that dropped out because he didn’t want to play on a show like Higans Heroes. Good thing he did because we got Carter. Several Jews played on Hogans Heroes as Germans but it was acting. Check these guys out. The Germans were played by Jews.

I loved Larry for all the different characters he played, which were not mentioned in this video. He did all these characters wile on Hogans Heroes. He played German generals like a pro, and I mean several German generals. He played gestapo agents and Generals but also the guy in the barracks that sometimes messed up. I just watched Dual of Honor where Carter, Larry, played a German General. Classic to watch. He could make one German General look like another German general with ease not only German generals but that nut bag Hitler. Larry was great in any portrayal of some other person. I enjoyed Hogans Heroes. I watch reruns everyday. I always see something I missed. Still makes me laugh.

The only person who spent time with Dick York after his heart attack was Agnes Moorhead from the entire bewitched cast and crew!! She prayed with him, she had bible studies for the cast members, etc. what an angel! And she wasnt even interested in the role of Endora either!
