The M48 tanks are looking very good! After making 15 mm models and then 10 mm you see a massive difference between the scales. You fit the 6 mm M48 on the FoW model turret. Thanks for sharing this and I am looking forward to the painting.

I like micro armor for simplicity .. they can be played on individual stand or as group. I have played fistful of tows.. because I look for bit fast games.. i prefer micro armor the modern. The only big weakness for micro armor is ghq forgot to update current vehicle equipment list and TOEs

Thanks for the comment mate. I totally agree with you, GHQ do have some good flexibility with how you set them on stands. great point about TOEs they are very 1980s.

This was a helpful in box review Trixiepara! The metal castings on both kits are great but I am very impressed with the resin casting of the M48 hulls and turrets. I saw those at games convention in Canberra. I very much like the look of the WW2 models but at $36.00 for three half tracks and North of $50 for tanks it is not worth it. There are other brands that supply more for less, pro rata. I could not afford even a basic army for this stuff. I just checked the website and found what I was looking at must have been a special price. They have 1 German Halftrack cost $21.65 Aust per vehicle.
@trixiepara9 ай бұрын
Thank you for the comment and it's an excellent issue you have pointed out, cost is out of control with GHQ model,.for me it's about showing what you get in a packet and basic painting. I would encourage everyone to shop around and look at all suppliers of 6mm stuff. I just wanted to give an honest review of what you get for your money from GHQ I'm completely self funded and have no links to and of the stuff I use so if its no good ill say it. Thanks for the information and I think $50 is way overpriced for some tanks. stay cool and keep building!
