I just started using td myadvantage and I'm going out of my mind. I get a great score but most of my trips don't get recorded. I call them every couple of days and nothing gets done. One more time this happens and I'm deleting the stupid program. I put over 400kms on my car and the app says I drove 160Kms. I need 1000 kms just to keep up my end of the deal but they keep stealing the trips from me.

Why can you only follow up 30 days or more out even if you make the 1st follow up a week later...its still on a 30 day follow up schedule...that's nuts...you have to follow up every 3 days with some ppl.
