Warrior is indeed i think probably the strongest class in Act1 due to Shield Charge and its damage value .... it falls off heavily mid Act3 though. And i mean it falls off so heavy that you need to either trade or have another char gathering items for you

Hey. Not watched the full video yet, so sorry if you figured it out, but the reason why it's showing some armor pieces might be because they are hybrid armor/es or evasion/es bases.

He isn't wrong, what was clarified is that armor is supposed to apply after resistance, but it's in fact, calculated first, before resistances. So mitigation isn't properly functioning on armor. Same as running heat proof/cloak of flame setups. Also as mentioned in the other comment, campaign is low scaling. Tier15-18 maps hit different.

Brother what are on about? In campaign it's not that bad, cus in campaign monsters doesn't hit that hard. Problem is in the endgame where the damage starts to scale really high and that's when armor start to get useless. Your little experiment can only proves what Kripp said in the video already if you'd watch it which I suspect not...nice try anyways. Try harder.

I'm usually a SSFHC speedrun player and the furthest I've ever reached was about end of act 3 in normal. But I wanted to test my theory on armour with 2 key uniques, and before farming like a maniac in SSF I wanted to know how it would do so I made a character in hardcore trade league, finished deathless to maps in about 10-12hours using these two uniques, I limit tested pretty much everything in campaign and can facetank everything. I'm pretty sure this build can reach around 9-10k life with 25k armour and like 80K when getting crit even more possibly. I'm sure it can tank everything in the game based on armour, just need some chaos res late game obviously, to be proven though. I could tank the hammer of the god (executioner act1 cruel) twice without dying same with two monkey slam approx. STRONG AF, ARMOUR OP, now stop crying guys <3 Seriously all love BetaTestCoin KZbin
