Correct. I should have said it’s about 7 minutes on each side over medium high heat for boneless chicken thighs. Poultry should always be cooked to 165F or 74C internal temperature. Thank you for bringing that important information to my attention! I’ve now put that info into the description as **food safety **

This popped out of nowhere, so I might as well give a new side. Here in Brazil we have the concept of sweet pizza, and we have a caramelized pinnaple pizza. It is only the dough, caramel and pinnaple. Pinnaple in salty food sounds and tastes weird to me. Nice recipe though.

I love the Legion of Honor! It’s probably my favorite permanent collection of all San Francisco museums. And Presidio Terrace was nice to see for the first time after 23 years living near it.
