Fyi with this case the bottom front fan can be mounted underneath in the mesh area of the casing allowing you to use that space for extra customisation like figures etc. not sure how this affects airflow but with a smaller dual fan card i'm only running one fan down there for the moment and temps seem to have barely changed at all by removing that fan which was better than what was originally in the case. If your PSU was also small enough you could use a low profile fan mounted above it so that all your motherboard headers have easy access, can help with cable management too.
@localtechexperts10 күн бұрын
Yeah removed the fans a few times to fit larger GPUs never though of mounting one underneath like that though.

I am going to build a new PC for my parents - senior citizens- with a Ryzen 3 4300G, Kingston RAM, a BeQuiet PSU and a Crucial P3 NVMe, all at a Gigabyte B550M DS3H motherboard. No RGB for them. :-) The PC "must" stay as cheap as possible (but not TOO cheap; it has to stay a decent machine). This case is one I have my eye on. Is there enough (but what is "enough"?) room for cable management (which I HATE 😬) on the "right" side?

So I got this case with a liquid cpu cooler only to find out the cpu cooler doesn't fit on the roof because ram sticks get in the way so I'm wondering why in the comments it is saying yes a liquid cpu of 120mm would fit on roof when really it doesn't due to the ram

Would probably be quite specific to the AIO and the motherboard ram placement.. Some AIOs have thicker radiators, Some ram is higher ect.

Could you conceivable put a 280mm rad in the bottom and a 240 up top and watercool both the CPU and GPU?
@localtechexperts10 күн бұрын
No.. Radiator in the bottom would not work.. Both fitting and for the actual water flow.
@dreamshooter9010 күн бұрын
@@localtechexperts Well, if we assume the fans are facing the bottom, the rad on top, and I'm making use of a single slot water cooled GPU, an ITX motherboard or an m-atx board where the top slot can be used for the GPU? One could for example 3D print or CNC a shroud for an SFX PSU, and fit a pump red combo to it, as not to block the rear intake, which one could conceivably mount a small 120mm rad, or only have a fan there and be happy with the 240 up top. There's also a mod that lets you mount the GPU secured from one of the top fans, cables and all that can be purchased separately of course. 3D printing is a blessing for us PC builders me thinks. ^^
@dreamshooter9025 күн бұрын
I think it could have had a PSU shroud for both SFX, STX-L and ATX for that price.

@LinkinV Thanks yeah just worked it out last night too, worked out good for my purpose I can drill into it and reattach with my cables running out the back. I've got a mech charger sitting in the front of the case where one of the bottom fans should be. You can also mount a 8.8inch screen inside this case which i'll be doing soon. Fans can also be mounted underneath where the PSU is housed. Awesome case just wish the bottom fan placement was more towards the glass so you had more access to motherboard headers.
