I was at The Cheesecake Factory in the Cumberland Mall in Atlanta on 2-10-2023. I was there for a drink because I was staying at a hotel nearby. The bar was crowded, so I sat at one of the last empty seats. The man next to me was incredibly drunk. He had been overserved drastically. He could barely talk, he had lost his balance sitting down and was leaning on me and grabbing me, he was belligerent. He was the drunkest person I have ever seen in public, and he was close to being alcohol poisoned. The first thing he said to me after grabbing me was “Do you wanna fight?”. I immediately said no, but he kept saying things that suggested he wanted to fight somebody. I was worried about him because I was significantly larger than him and he seemed to want a challenge. He tried to fight me again before the manager came. He became more and more of an obvious problem until one of the managers came over and cut him off, but very significantly too late. That manager was tall, but like a string bean. He looked like he could be folded into a pretzel. He had glasses with square frames, and a terrible haircut. It was a “cop haircut”, if a cop haircut was botched horribly. He was clean shaven. He started to close the drunk guys tab, and then I went to the bathroom to avoid being sucker punched as that man left. The couple sitting next to me started talking to me, and they said he had been at the bar for a while and that he should have been cut off a very long time ago. The bartender agreed and said that she spoke to her manager as soon as he walked in and said she did not want to serve him. She said the manager pressured her into serving this man even though she knew she should not have. The couple then said that he could not walk out of the restaurant properly, and then said that the restaurant let him drive out of there. The woman in that couple complained to the string bean manager and said something along the lines of “That guy was drastically overserved, and he’s behind the wheel now. He could kill somebody, and it would be your fault. This is your responsibility.” I stayed at the bar for a little while longer because I wanted to wait until the intensely intoxicated man had left the parking lot. As I got up to leave I looked for Mr. String Bean and “coincidentally” he was nowhere to be found. I got ready to leave and saw the other manager at the hosting desk. He was short and gross looking. He had brown hair, and was balding significantly. His hair was too long and it looked atrocious, and he was extremely freckled. He looked vaguely like Louis CK but if he was skinny and short and skipped the barber. He had an unprofessional appearance. Almost like the human equivalent to a rat in NYC. I said “That man who just left was extremely overserved and you let him leave this restaurant driving. He could not talk or walk, he should not be driving. This restaurant could be responsible for the death of a child tonight.” The manager said “Why didn’t you tell a manager about this?” to which I responded “Your bartender told the other manager about this. Then another customer told him too. Now he’s not here. We both know what just happened here tonight. This was extremely serious and not legal”. That manager nonverbally acknowledged culpability by rolling his eyes, and then looking down at his papers hoping I went away. I left the restaurant unsurprised. As I was walking away from The Cheesecake Factory I saw a police officer and a paramedic in the parking lot attending to somebody. I thought it might have been the drunk guy, so I wanted to explain what happened there. It was not the drunk guy, but I spoke to the cop anyways. I said “Hey can I talk to you guys for a second?” The cop said yes. I said “I was just at the cheesecake factory and they overserved somebody to a dramatic extreme. This was the drunkest man I’ve ever seen at a bar. He could not walk, he could not talk, and they let him drive out of there. He tried to fight me twice.” The cop then mentioned that this is now the 3rd time that they have been caught doing this, and said he would email the officer that handles this. I mentioned that they are breaking the law intentionally to make extra cash that should not be made, and he confirmed that. When I was 14 I was in a brutal car accident that happened for similar reasons to this. I broke my spine in 3 places, and I am physically disabled. I had an emergency spinal fusion, and I should be dead. I cannot stand for longer than 20 minutes at a time, and I am a chronic pain patient. My mobility has been severely affected by my accident. I have not run more than 20 feet in nearly a decade. When they overserved that man, not only did they potentially cause another accident like mine, they almost caused a disabled man to be assaulted by a drunken lunatic. I have a handicapped plate on my car back home, and I will likely be a wheelchair user in the near future. This is absolutely disgusting and should not be tolerated anywhere in the world. The behavior of these two men on behalf of The Cheesecake Factory is blatantly criminal, and they are organized. I looked one of them in the eyes and said he might kill someone’s child, and he did not care and clearly will not be making any changes to his management style.

Health food stores generally. (Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Sprouts) I'm not saying they all have spinach linguine but those types of stores normally stock it.

The song is called “sweet harmony” by Paul Pritchard, H. Parsley and Louis Edward. I don’t know if it’s on KZbin but it is in ITunes Store under the album ‘Strings reconstruction’ by those three Might be in other phone store but there is the name
