Hey Ryan, cheers for the new update. Again, it's refreshing to hear someone speak about their life with such honesty. I'm a huge advocate for personal fitness being essential to our physical, and psychological well-being. From what I hear and see from your updates-you are beginning to see this too! Keep it up brother. It's funny to hear you say you never thought you'd inspire anyone, this is because you've honestly been a source of inspiration for me since the algorithm sent you my way. I also have no doubt that you inspire many others too. I also empathize with your sentiments regarding wanting to feel more independent. It's natural to desire autonomy, and I can imagine that it can be difficult to often require assistance during your everyday. However, you should also keep in mind that our greatest accomplishments often only come about in part through assistance from others; with many of us either being too stubborn or scared to seek it when needed. It is clear to me, and anyone else who watches that you're an intelligent and capable young man. The difficulties you currently experience only serve to increase your resilience. That aside, it's good to hear that for the most part things are going well for you. Look forward to hearing more.

To be honest, after the Rugby Champs, I'd have taken a Northern tour with just 1 loss. Your points prediction was super-close. It's been a very valuable tour though, since we now know that Tamaiti Williams, Tupou Vaa'i, Wallace Sititi and Cam Roigard are all world class talents, while Asafo Aumua and Damian McKenzie have started to really come into their own at the test level. I'm hoping the ABs XV guys that got called up like Fabian Holland and Du'Plessis Kirifi get a shot next week. MOTM for me was Paul Boudehent, the French 6. Absolute monster of a game. From the ABs, tough to call between Vaa'i and Roigard. The ABs are going to be a scary beast in 12 months, IMO. Keep up the good work, mate.

Thanks so much I really appreciate it I agree with you on the three players coming Into their own I think Sititi is a future All Black Captain. I also agree with you on hoping for Holland and krifi to get a debut next week as for Aumua and McKenzie I agree with you but I think Taylor and Barrett have got their spots for now. Great game for the All Blacks! As a South African, I was absolutely delighted. They showed a lot more composure throughout the game and Mckenzie absolutely nailed it in terms of game management and kicking for territory. Will Jordan was digustingly good this game too. I also seems the AB's has broken their final 20 minutes 'no score' hoodoo. I think they're shaping into a dangerous unit. Keep well my dude and enjoy the weekend's Rugby!

Agree with you about Cam Roigard. And against Du Pont! Two most exciting halfbacks in the world at the moment. And I expect Will Jordan to add to his try total this week. I think this will be the toughest game the All Blacks have on this tour. Interesting choice from Razor on the 10s and shuffling the loose forward trio. Go the ABs!

Thanks so much I really appreciate that I was thinking of going with cam but I felt that Tj was the right choice for me as he’s more experienced in that position and I also think he needs one final run in the black jersey and his experience will be crucial in a big game like this If the ABs want to win. I picked it Rhino. All Blacks were too good. Even when they were beigind they felt in control. I haven't seen an ABS team seem so calm since the McCaw era....great to see Amoua get good minutes. My player of the day was D Mac, followed closely behind by Ardie. Scott Barrett is also coming into the captain role...
