It didn't help when I out of frustration and anger pulled on the string which made it even more tighter. I thought I was gonna get scissors and cut the string until I found this video, after a couple minutes of pulling, the string got loose and I can comfortably wear my joggers again!!!

i have a pair of these shorts and i tied the elastic waist band inside too tight and not it’s stuck i could barely get the safety pins in but once i did i tried and tried but they just bent. this is the tightest knot i’ve ever seen like nothing is working ugh
