When I lived in Montana, I had a bird feeder that had the solid end rested against the window like this cat chair. My cat sat on the bed and lunged at the window periodically. When she was outside and tried to jump and hook one, as far as I know, the birds escaped.😊

You're doing so great!! You inspired me and I ordered one. It came yesterday. For right now I'm just resting my feet/legs on it because it was a bit much to stand on it. I felt a little "dizzyish". I'm hoping my body will adjust and I can at least stand on it by later in the week, maybe while holding on to a chair. This getting old stuff is weird, lol.

How are you feeling after doing this for a week? Are your muscles sore? Also, how heavy are your weights? I looked into getting a plate and they're on sale right now. I may just do it. You're an inspiration :)

I feel like I took a long walk...not sore but aware that I'm using muscles I haven't used for awhile. I use cheap 5lb weights from Walmart. 😊

My balance is terrible too. It's why I do 10 min to start and will work up. You can begin on one sitting down as well.
