ok, big thank you for making this incredible masterpiece of animation. The details and attention is amazing, Greed is my favorite character from Fma (my favorite manga also) and just, seeing him still getting animated masterpiece like that just makes me so happy because he’s such a great character. I’m so glad I saw your incredible animation and it is sure as hell it won’t be the last time I’m watching it :)

I recently introduced a friend to FMAB (we haven’t finished it yet but I DESPERATELY want to show them this animatic it’s so good) and they’d seen me posting (read: going insane) about Greedling, so when both characters appeared in the show for the first time I had to go ‘Ok hang in there trust me on this guy just wait till he gets some character development in him it’s alright I promise’ But really though Arakawa does not mess around heck I love those 2 sm-

There's plenty of great moments in this animatic, but i actually really love the bit at the end where the eyes shift to Greed's. Has some interesting implications hehe

Oooooh now I have ideas for a fic or something where he uses the stone when he gets back to Xing and through the power of plot it turns out to be Greed in the stone alongside the other souls. Of course Greed doesn’t remember anything and he’s doing his best to rampage or do 0 character development Greed stuff or whatever, but Ling’s just there like ‘alright buddy I’ve done this before this isn’t my first time’ and Greed is even more shocked at how Ling can stay in control than the first time (which he doesn’t remember, but will, maybe once he hears news of another character’s death) Opens up some cool possibilities to see Xing and to get more GreedLing content to fuel my soul :>
