Awesome tutorial. One tip for anyone... I always lean to the non dominant side so you eventually become ambidextrous in your flow

Will you ever make more of these? Mabye certain ways to transfer the flame from one end of the staff to the other?

I do plan to make more!! 😁😁 Unfortunately life happens to all of us, and I need to regain recording/editing equipment. I might actually make a Tik Tok tutorial page 🧐🧐

Any special tips for doing this while your body spins? Is there a name for that?

I think I know what you mean, but it's hard to get a clear picture. Life (as it does) has gotten kind of crazy these past 6 years. That said, new things have come, and I do plan to start up with tutorials again in the near future, and will definitely keep you in mind! Stay tuned ;)

I would love to discuss what you mean! We truly dont mean to disrespect/ offend anybody! We do this because it is something we enjoy doing. There is no harm in performing arts inspired by MANY cultures. 😊

When I show off my skills (beginner), I reference culture and the people. I try to give homage to the culture. For example I only use music that represent the culture. But you are right you are not offending or disrespecting. I think. 😊

my staff is way thicker and heavier then yours and somewhat longer, i modeled it after the Bo staff i use in jojutsu and kung fu so spinning between my fingers wont work, does this mean i made a bad staff?
@maarhoefe8 жыл бұрын
for this reason (and lack of a teacher) i got familiarised with contactrolling the staff over my whole hand rather then spinning it in my hand wich i can do at amazing speeds(thank god for years of kung fu) but its pointless behind the back, should i just retrain myself with a smaller staff or is there an alternative way?
@fahrenheit360tutorials33 жыл бұрын
No, not at all! If you feel comfortable with the staff that you made, then you can do any move that I can do in a way that feels comfortable to you! Use my tutorials as a baseline, and adjust as you see fit! Thank you for your comment! And I plan to post more content soon!

helpful! wish you explained how you did it twice in a row for a loop that would be cool for adding it on to other tricks

Honestly, all that takes is positioning with your hands when you grab the staff after a roll. I do plan to continue these tutorials... life just kinda... happened yanno? Anyways! Look for more to come soon! Thanks!
