On a hot, humid day, Hero let me down the glass just would not clear up. I have a bunch of these type of products. I find myself using CarPro ECH2O the most, followed close by KCX RRW. I like Feynlab V3 for when the car is dirtier. Original DIY gets some credit for pulling the rest forward. But, ECH2O had been around much longer, and imo is still a good get. If you are are coated, it’s a must try. The end result is excellent.

@@walterhahn4130 good observation! I used hero again after I shot this and used the same glass towels I used on this video that did a good job and had steaks I didn’t have before. The humidity may play a part then. I’ve never noticed that with a Rinseless before. Thanks!

I'm surprised you thought that DIY felt slicker. Out of curiosity, how did you measure each product? If you used the bottle cap for Hero (one capful per gallon), you wouldn't have had enough concentrate in there. The Hero cap only measures 1/4 of an ounce, not 1/2 oz like you need to get 256:1 dilution. I do concur with your observations about water spotting. The water in my area is about 350 ppm hardness, and Hero/Absolute/Rrw/ONR all prevent hard water spots better than DIY.
@chiroguy98

@@jeffc6832 There wasn’t a big difference in the slickness. I measured using a measuring cup to make sure I was using the exact amount. They are both nice products.

I have only used DIY and Absolute, also. I got spots two days ago with Absolute when I did a rinseless wash on my car. To be fair, I live in the desert, but was under covered parking, over 100 degrees outside. I did sections at a time to completion. Although I got spots, they wiped away easily with a rinseless dampened towel (the drying towel I was using). Not a problem at all, in my opinion.
