How is the quality of other languages like German and Portuguese? ChatGPT still sounds like an American speaking those languages with a non-native accent, so I’m wondering if Eleven Labs is any better. It would be a great language learning tool if it could read text in other languages with authentic accents.

Be cautious with 'projects' as they often lead to an inconsistent voice, which can significantly drain credits. Best is to generate short lines seperately. Projects is a big flop.

Can it read Kindle books? Will it ignore foot notes, in page references, and focus on the main body of text? Important questions unanswered.

Nice. A few features would be an auto slip feature to shift later clips when changing the length of any clip, manually or a re-gen. Drag drop emotions so you can quickly drag different ones on to clips to re-gen them. Perhaps having the Voice To Voice button next to the normal generate button, instead of hidden in the corner. Also some post processing for different rooms and mic settings would be great. All these sound ultra dry. I get that it's meant to be processed later, but does anyone do it? Not that I've heard. Maybe a you could make an overlay range that is a particular room preset, user definable also, which would be realtime and optionally exported including the effects.

when we tried to adjust the pronunciation intonation, it turned out that the credit had been deducted. to get perfect results according to the desired pronunciation tone, making this too expensive. especially for my country's exchange rate. my channel uses this application. but not all pronunciations produce intonations that are pleasant to hear in our language. I need to edit several times. and the credit runs out. the fate of novice KZbinrs. even though my country's CPM rate is far below other countries 🥲🥲🥲
