How much does it emit if your base SAM site hits a windmill? I set this up every wipe with one sensor, but I also get a notification on Discord every time a SAM hits my base, and it's annoying.

Sure does! Also do not believe it will be patched any time in the future. The dev flavien is very active in the Rustrician discord and has not mentioned this is an unintentional mechanic

You only need to run one power to each sensor. Even though they only have one power going in they will still output up to 3 power depending on explosive used.

I know it's a really toughy, it means your freehand is not quite right. Make sure you are using that compass and keep trying. I had to practice about 2 hours to get it consistent, and even lucky Llama in the videos has to keep trying and trying

Hmm are you using explosives to test it? I wouldn't waste a rocket but an explo or two might be worth it

It would be pretty big builder news if they patched this. They did patch offset bunkers but not free hands.

It's only limited by the depth limit of industrial systems which would be 32 adapters

Thats only if you get loaded into the server and if the server doesnt have a que loading to get in. Sure there is some servers that have you pay for ranks to skip ques but like its a bit ridiculous to pay for server ranks when you dont even know if those servers will last more than a couple months at a time. And a server rank just aint as fun or nice as getting a rust skin you can use on almost all servers.

True, my group mainly plays official monthly wipes. I tend to leave my character loaded in and that way i can just go back to desk if my discord starts going off

Sure does. Did you watch the full video? You can use a conveyor to push resources through containers that don't accept that type of resource.

HEY! THANKS! This is actually a really elegant solution. The version I made had something like 7 electrical branches. Also with this system, you could likely replace the light with a counter to count explosive events just for fun.

Very common issue. I spent about two days trying to figure that out. Make sure you are about level with your other foundations and that you are backing it into socket

Hey I am from the states! There are many ways to configure smart alarms to discord. You can use the app called IFTTT and have it send a message to a channel. Or for a small monthly fee there are the rust plus bots with more capability.

I might have missed something, how did you set the power requirement (1, 2 or 3) to each smart alarm before it goes off?

Hey nothing missed. This works on the nature of the splitter. When power comes in to the splitter it always goes left to right. So say they use explo and two power comes in the left two outputs get 1 power each.

So the splitter does that automaticly. It send power out from left to right. If hooked up in the way shown the left will always be level one, the middle level two, then the right one level three

Sure can! Do you have a purpose for the circuit? Is it for a turret pod/stand alone unit? Or is it part of a larger base circuit where if your main battery runs out it closes the doors?

@@PapiRust24 I was thinking on a defense system for a small base. around 180 degree vision, with a trigger in case someone destroys the solar panels or in case the turret is near to be destroyed like on this one; but the garage doors opening when players come too close.

I don't understand, how this circuit works... U have Branch set up with 1 unit of power and splitter triggers 3 smart alarms? What if raider would use only rockets, no grenades / HE before. All 3 smart alarms will triggers instantly?

Correct. In the sensors current state it only needs one power in but will output up to three power. If they use a rocket all three alarms will pings at once. There seems to be a few second cooldown on the sensor so you won't get a notification every rocket if they have multiple rocketers but it will ping often.

I was considering if we could make an infinite power loop with it but you would need to shoot an explo to double the power. And it just doesn't make economic sense lol
