Crazy I was one of the females sparring in the video. I remember this day sparring at Harrowgate (i was the on getting onched before the chart came up lol). I was only 12 or 13 at the time. Now im 23. Crazy how time flys, and now boxing had completely changed. It sad to say that this sport will never be what it used to. Very misleading video. The whole foods plant based vegan diet is the healthiest diet for humans known. I personally have been vegetarian since birth, and whole foods plant based vegan for the last 26 years. My health, and fitness are so far above my meat, and dairy eating peers. Lot of misinformation in this video, first and foremost Jahena Malik looks fabulous, born and raised plant based diet, I don't like the term vegan. Eating a plant based diet is NOT an expensive anomaly, and its not a dietary handicap. The quality if your supplementation is very important as well, eg, there is tons of shitty products on the market, do your research. Personally, I do not recommend Soy and Tofu, it's an iron detractor which is why many vegans and vegetarians are anemic. If any one ate tofu and cyanide laden white rice, instead of wild rice, they'd be nutrient deficient too. Do your research, eat hemp, raw veggies, fruits, and a great mineral and vitamin liquid supplement, along with nuts and beans. Plenty of protein. Soy is primarily GMOd. You'll get sick as a dog basing your diet off soy and corn. Her friend said she had acne, probably because she's using vegetable oils and canola and her blood is acidic. Use coconut and avocado oils. Drink alkaline water.
