Moz should do some Sunny Day Real Estate covers. Kinda funny, kinda effin serious. One can dream. But Steven will not change, and he will not be nice.

I'm 70. This is the first song my goddaughter heard me sing. She was a few months old, not falling asleep, screaming and crying. I took her in my arms, I started humming and she fell into a deep sleep all of a sudden, head in the stars 🕌

I still have my original copy on cassette tape purchased in 1989...arguably one of the best debut albums of all time

Inarguably one of the best debut albums of all time :/ the only real argument is whether it's the best debut album of all time or it's merely in the top 5 or top 10.

This was my best friend's favourite NMA album (well it was between this and Thunder & Consolation, but we never settled the question). He passed away unexpectedly just over a week ago - I shall have these two albums on repeat probably forever now. If I am allowed to keep any of his things, it'll be these vinyl albums. Goodnight K <3

First heard this in about 1989-'90. On WQFS radio, Guilford College, from my home in King, NC; I was 15 yrs. old. I'm 49 now, still think it's a great LP. One of the best....

I was just into American college/ Indie when this came out. Didn't see what the fuss was about. The Flaming Lips did a tribute to the album. I love it from start to finish. The old SR fans dig the boots into it pretty much but made me go back to the original. No songs to skip through. Just put it on. I haven't turned it off in 2 months.

I copmletely forgot that San Andreas had Stone Roses in it. It was Fool's Gold, so no wonder I didn't remeber, I do not like that song. I'm absolutely in love with this album ant their earlier songs, but that was not a good direction for them.

First time in Düsseldorf 1999 i was introduced to Stone Roses from my Irish friend. She adore them. And she was right...this album is legendary...i watched Ian Brown live at Exit festival, Novi Sad, 2004 i think. Was a nice experience.
