East West low camera is good for a "dueling shot" between the pitcher and batter. The closer in height the pitcher has to the hitter in the shot gives the impression of a great matchup of two titans. North south high which makes the hitter higher in the shot which gives the impression that the hitter should have the high ground or upper edge. Though many pitches may not look right there is more excitement to me.

Honestly surprised none of the championship giants made it. Most of these rotations are without a doubt better but when I think of those teams I usually am drawn to their pitching
@ddphotography4313Ай бұрын
So no Giants, eh? The backbone of their three titles was their starting pitching (esp that first one)

I commented on a teaching video where the original poster swore up and down that a REAL curveball had 12-6 movement ONLY. And he called himself a pitching coach. Also, he did not know who Sandy Koufax is.

What happened to my favorite angle, i.e. over the umpires shoulder watching the pitch come at you? Was a common viewpoint in the 50s and 60s. Now gone. Alas.

@JMcN768 ай бұрын
I don't understand why they ALWAYS have to show the game from behind the pitcher. They have other angles they show which would be nice to see as well. At least for a few pitches anyway. Not like the ump cam nonsense, that just makes everyone nauseated. But camera angles that come in from the first or third base sides that show the whole infield during the game would be nice. They rarely show anything except behind the pitcher and as this video clearly shows, we are losing a lot because most of the angles are off-set. There's not many stadiums that do it right. And that's a shame.

I respect your list, but i am really curious how Cody Bellinger doesn't even sniff your list or honorable mentions of smoothest swings in todays game??? He is the closest swing we got to Griffey Jr. who has the smoothest swing of all time.

Hey mister! I let you know that we have dozens of baseball teams in Sweden, dozens! We can't really tell the difference of pitches more than the three, "that counts as a fastball I guess" "yupp, that is a big curve and it almost reach home plate" "I think it went a bit sideways".
