Homes don’t typically come with washers, dryers, and a fridge. Some builders may include them as a buyer incentive at times, but more often you’re responsible for purchasing your own.

As of this date it starts at $617,900. I don’t mention prices in the videos because they can change from month to month.

very nice house, who cares if it has vinyl flooring? It is still a nice home, nice lot. Love the master bedroom suite, nice size. The living area is nice too, a good size, most new houses have small living rooms.
