Yes you can. Only if it’s full face. If it’s a motocross style, you must also use goggles 👍🏽

Went here today second time ever coming here and set a 40.8 after a crazy guy appeared and was setting a 40.1 so i followed his lines and was way better going there tomorrow hopefully with my friend who has the second fastest ever lap around here his name is toad 😂

Went here today and saw a guy who destroyed me doing 40.1's and i follwed his line and managed a 40.8 which is my best ever having come here twice now i feel like your cart going downhill had much more grip yho mine was way more rear happy

Sometimes weight affects how planted you are through corners so if you’re lighter it may mean your quicker but less stable. On indoor circuits it’s slippery so it may be thst

Hey man, I'm a regular at Capital Karts and I can testify that the track has so much more grip now. New fleet of karts have arrived a month ago, new rubber since then on old karts as well. Absolutely agree with most people, £64 for a Grand Prix is a little steep however given its location I can understand why. Hopefully, they will bring back the membership program as they did with Barking. Give me a shout if you're willing to give the track another go! I run average lap times of 50.6 on a good day and my PB is 49.6.

I went a couple of weeks ago for the first time and did a 52.393 despite heavy traffic. Faster times are quite doable on that surface.

@@jcf1karting If you do, I recommend watching two videos by @ktips about Capital Karts. One where he compares a "fast" kart to a "slow" kart on the track, and how it affected his laptimes. He also has a track guide which really helped me get a good time on my first visit. He is currently 8th on fastest times ever at Capital Karts.

@@PANCHO336CAPO hey man, it really depends what you are looking for - general fun and ease of access, I'd say Capital but if you're more serious about progression, TeamSport has the league that runs (very regularly) and with the BIKC in place, you have higher chances of getting into the semi-pro scene. That being said, in my honest opinion, TS marshalls are really uptight and in every single session I've been to there are always yellow and red flags (yikes). On the other hand, if you go for a Mini GP at Capital on a Thursday/Friday/Weekend evening it also becomes a bumper car track :)) Go to as many tracks as possible if you can!

That is a good time for the 270cc. I was in the 50s for my best time in 200cc cart on this track. Plus I have a considerable disadvantage, namely...me.

Maaaaate I would’ve jumped out of that kart and waited for him to come back round or waited at the bit where you take your helmets off, had it few months ago was at Edmonton track doing 46seconds average n girls on track doing 1minute + accidentally gave a girl a tap n her bf wasn’t happy so just rammed me in one corner no braking n broke my rib… 30 mins later police were called 😂
