@@DeejayBoXeR at some point u will need to buy one.. but just for cleaning purpose u need to disconnect electrical connection of it, its located near clutch pedal under footrest. Remove it from exhaust pipe using o2 sensor socket. Soak it in carbon cleaner/ petrol / caustic soda to remove carbon contaminants

Tried, entered the actuator test,did all all the adjusting ,but problem still exist,if I bump the idle up with the idle screw,idles fine with ac on,however once ac off,car idles at 1100rpm (300 rpm decrease or increase either way )

There could be an air leak. Maybe your throttle plate has gas thats why there is trouble. Maybe clean the throttle with throttle cleaner and try again

@@jhaz5880 thats oil filter wrench. You can choose either oem or malaysian / Indonesian / japanese which fits lancer. Like leppon, VIC or Mitsubishi
