Zhongli fits so well to ATOLS mystic style of composing... The divine feeling If you know what I mean :p And whoa the Animation is so good in this one, especially his expression, because thats what most others seems to be lacking

Looking at the description it looks like the song is by ATOLS. I could be wrong since I don’t speak Japanese but I know ATOLS makes music and they’re credited in the description.

The song is called "Ai" made by ATOLS, this is the Cover Version of the singer named 腹話術 fukuwajutsu, who has a KZbin Account where this cover can be found. Hope it helped
