yea really good ride waiting for spoke tightener to come in. front wheel out of alignment. In the meet time i have greased bearings, checked the clutch. piston head. hope to get a few rides in before snow falls. Built many mini bikes as a kid thought to give this 29 inc beach a go!

The motor sounds healthy, it also seems to have good pulling power. Maybe a tad rich, but being rich is safe. When you get off the 20/1 it may become a bit too rich, but for now I'd say you are golden. Good job. Keep an eye on the chain, first builds are a pain when dealing with the chain... I'd also HIGHLY recommend removing or at least reinforcing the stock fenders. The vibrations from the motor turn them into time bombs that have killed other builders. Good luck with the build man, love to see it!

Than you for the heads up on the fenders!!!! soon as i read it i went and checked them out every nut was loose on front and back fenders. Maybe some Jb weld will work better than lock tight. If not i will take your advice and just remove them.

@@TheVonhollan it's not just the mounts, the thin aluminum can begin to crack and get sucked in between the wheel and frame.

@@LAHover I shall remove them. Went for a ride sunday they started to rattle within 5 miles, so i turns around to end the trip. Any recommendations on some cheep fenders? Thanks again!!!
