Interesting look at urban farming👍👍 How ephemeral it can be and challenges like lead make it a fascinating human project 🌱

This is amazing; the use of space technology for spatial justice is not uncommon. Her idea, especially in the context of prisons, is particularly important for vulnerable Black people. A just idea 👏

cynobacteria also needed water to make oxygen so from where does the oxygen came from to make water?🙂 What I've searched is taht oxygen came from a supernova explosion

ALL the elements come from stars (except the man made elements at the end of the periodic table). An oxygen atom is O. An oxygen molecule is O2. Cyanobacteria breaks other molecules and discards oxygen as a molecule O2. Cyanobacteria don't "make" oxygen, their poop is oxygen atoms that form oxygen molecules. Only God knows 🤔 maybe? Man’s thought is so linear and dimensionally limited! Temporally bound to gravity and the visible spectrum! Even if one figures out how what’s in the box is made, who made the box, what is the box resting on and who made that via what laws and on and on. Like Lois Lane said to Superman after catching her falling through midair “You’ve got me? Who’s got you?” Science will always be one’s favorite subject because it’s creator has a wonderful flare for design, the esoteric and the dramatic.

@@agirl2270 Do you call things dying of disease and sickness and injury all the time "accuracy"? God or no God, it works this way simply because what survives survives and then builds off of those traits that precipitated that survival. Like how the precursor to an eye is simply a sensory organ that detects fluctuation of wave form (heat and light), worms still have this, and then over millions of years develops into something that sort of, almost can "see" light, and then over millions of more years becomes a basic functioning eye. It is slow gradiation of sensing apparatuses that developed from the chemical responses of macromolecules combined in rudimentary system.

So cool to see Mr Lightman playing the Rav Vast, which I coincidentally just got a month ago and hapenned across this video while looking for Rav lessons. I remember attending one of his talks about his book "Einsteins Dreams" back when I was in College and once in a while I go back to the book he was kind enough to sign for me with words of encouragement for the future. Thanks Mr Lightman!
