Hi, with all due respect, I would like to draw your attention, as well as that of other 11k viewers, to three very serious mistakes - not to follow: 1. The center speaker should not be placed behind the TV because the high and mid-range sounds cannot penetrate the TV casing. Instead, choose the option to set up a virtual center speaker in the Sony AV menu, meaning you should output the center channel to the two front speakers. Also, you can sell the center speaker. :) All Sony AVs can do this, specifically for such cases. 2. By mounting the AV receiver like this on the wall, you're completely blocking its ventilation, as warm air rises. Engineers didn't design the ventilation openings to be at the bottom and top for nothing. I'm not saying the receiver will break immediately, but its expected lifespan will definitely be significantly shortened. 3. Finally, regarding the placement of the measuring microphone for calibration - it's not enough to just place it on the sofa; it needs to be positioned at the height of your ears for accurate measurement. Build something to place it at the correct height, or use a stand. Currently, the AV is working with completely inaccurate results. Good luck!

I love mine. I did have trouble assembling it, because two of the screws would not fit, (the screws for the top part of the pedals), but I made do without them. The screws that hold on the bottom part of the pedals have been sufficient. I just play a favorite playlist of music and ride through it. And I like to switch my playlists around so I don't get burned out on them. I haven't done this long enough to notice any weight loss but it does always make me feel good. Also, this is not automatic. You do have to manually pedal yourself. But there are 8 different settings and the lower settings are really easy. One more thing--it is quiet. Mine never makes a sound.

Can you describe the texture? I bought one from the same brand but it looks a little bit like sand. Usually when creatine says micronized is like really smooth powder. I mean, the one the I got the size of each tiny particle seems a little bit bigger than usual, because as a whole it looks like sugar or salt, just the look, it is unflavoured so idk. Different ones that I got in the past are more like really thin powder.
