Hi there. I just received my rear wind louver and I’m planning on installing it once I get the products you recommended. I’ve got a few questions, if you have the time: 1. Basically the tape blocks lay directly on the window, do you apply the glue thingy on the bottom of the blocks? 2. Do you apply the glue thingy on other places where there isn’t a block, because there is space between the window and the louver. 3. In case you want to remove it someday, do you think that the glue would damage the window? 4. Would you recommend and particular tape?

@@someonespecial8689 1.i didn't apply the adhesive to the bottom because when I bought them window louvers they already have the 3m tape all around the louvers 2.Yes for the left and right window louver i added additional 3m tape along with the adhesive at the end because i wanted it firm on the corners and for the black I added alot on the bottom and the top with the adhesive i also had someone help me place the back window louver to the car because how big and wide it is 3. It would in my opinion because that glue adhesive is very strong I don't want to rip off the side louvers in case they damage the window but the back louver I can unscrew off no problem but I think as long as you install it correctly the first time u wouldn't have an issue taking it off as for the left and right window louver , maybe Iv never take the sides off . 4.for the 3m tape I used doublesided waterproof 3m tape I got off Amazon and then the adhesive glue that and a microfiber cloth that's really all u need for the install . Depending where u buy the louvers the screw and mount caps should come with it if it doesn't come with it then u would have to buy the hardware on Amazon I bought my louvers from Amazon and it came with all the hardware . I do recommend getting help to place the back louver installed because once you place it down it's very hard to get off with the glue added to your window oh and before u install it's best to clean your windows for your mustang hope this helps 👍

Yes but if you added the adhesive promoter then no because i tryed to readd adhesive and it was stuck to the plastic the louvers survived 160 mphs and multiple car washs thats how strong it is 👍
