TELKOM is the government telecom company and has the biggest reach of internet or wifi however since its govt the service is not the best...however , its best internet.Dont know about water issues been in SA all my life never had it....infact SA has worlds third cleanest tap water, vrey safe to drink, electricity...the green scam is being defeated, electricity has stabilitzed and coal power plants will continue behind the loadsheding was USA and Europe funded green transicition which is destroying emerging economies.
