None of this is true. I know for a fact the EEOC don't do nothing the Texas workforce commission doesn't do nothing and these are labor departments that are put in place. Employers can do what every they want to do to a Black person but when it comes to white people then these quote unquote laws apply but they only apply to the gay white folks.

If your business model is threatened by paying your employees a livable wage, then you dont deserve to have that business.

ChatGPT's data base contains available information up to September 2021 and does not access to the internet. If there were any changes to laws or policies after the cutoff, it will generate false answers. It can also fabricate data or sources in it's answers. A lawyer, Steven A. Schwartz, recently filed a legal brief with 6 bogus cases that were generated by ChatGPT.

Why would I ever listen to a brain dead HR Karen? There is no question they can ever answer about their own processes, procedures or systems, they don't obey their own rules. Ultimately, the only way to get anything done at work is to dismiss HR rules outright and just do things yourself. In 45 years of work since college, I have NEVER had a professional interaction with ANY person working in HR. Never. Let that sink in. You can't do my job, but I have to do yours. Why? Laziness. HR is the dumping ground for those who can't do anything competently. And let's not get started with the stylish and faddish woke BS you all attempt to force onto everyone to justify your made up jobs. The best thing that could ever happen to any company is to automate ALL of HR and just get rid of the entire waste of money. That way, we could all get back to producing the products and services that actually make the world work instead of wasting 40 hours a month checking idiotic training boxes by watching slides made by single digit IQs for their own amusement.

YES. The best way to advice your ignorant clients (employers) is to tell them "don't commit or get involved the act of discrimination or retaliation" in the first place.

They already do they are inside the hole 🤨 and now they have to think how to get out of the hole himself but he are smart old man he is using the protection of the constitution who sad the usa citizens are protected by laws until the law found their mistakes and wrongs and crimes , but the laws don’t say the laws has to ignored the wrong things the USA citizens already do because if the law ignore the big problems From the USA citizen they turning the case in corrupt way on their law side but I think they going to be smart but there are two things tax and racist people if the law are the protector of that USA citizen problems they going to get involved in those little troubles too for protecting the wrongs and mistake’s the people do , this going to be interesting to see what they chose to protect the money ,and corruption or help to fix the present and future problems they are the law I give to them a chance to do what they thing wail I decided to do when my patience expired no goin to be other way then my 🤨

My employer will not qualify me for FMLA to take care of my special needs son because I was on a leave during the pandemic. So, I did not work the hours needed to qualify for a FMLA. But, can my employer, American Airlines, deny me even though I did them a favor? AA offered leaves in order to reduced employees getting furloughed in 2020. I took the leave. It also gave me the time off to take care of my special needs son. AA cancelled my leave. I now have to go back to work November 2021, so I need to qualify for a FMLA to be able to take care of my son since I am back to work. Are there any exceptions to the law (of needing to work a certain amount of hours a year order to qualify), because we were/are in a pandemic? If so, where can I get this documentation?
