Hi James, These videos are superb. I am just learning with a FAS2520 with dual controller running 8.2.3 7-Mode and working through your videos. I can confirm cf status is correct and my SAN1 is HA paired to SAN2 and visa-versa. When I do a takeover command on SAN1, this is successful - It takes-over SAN2 and it gracefully shuts-down SAN2. However, when it shuts-down SAN2 the pinging on SAN2 stops entirely. In your video it shows a blip for a moment, but in my setup it stops entirely. If I do a give-back it boots back up SAN2 and once finally booted the ping works again. Any ideas please?

Hi James, thank you a lot for these videos. I have a question regarding notifications when the incident or Service request is logged/assigned/resolved or closed, these notifications are no longer working anymore on my Service Manager 2012, I can't see anything on the event logs, there was no change done on the server and the SMTP server we are using for SCSM, is also used on other applications and it is working fine but only Service Manager seems not to be sending notifications to the SMTP server. May you please assist.

How do you whitelist web.whatsapp.com? Ive added it under the Global whitelist with the expression, *.web.whatsapp.*. When trying to navigate to the url, it reaches the whatsapp page but it just hangs there and keeps retrying to connect without ever loading the contacts screen. Thanks for the content!
