Yoh ive been suffering from this for 2 years now and I'm glad to find South Africans who know how agonising this is! The best that works for me is exercising everyday. It's winter now so i have to exercise everyday. Im going to get the dandelion tea today.

I experience itching when I'm nervous, feeling hot, walking on a sunny day, or feeling embarrassed. It's become so intense that I often have to find a nearby bathroom to scratch. I suspect I might be allergic to heat or something similar. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

I tell people it feels like someone scrubbed your skin raw all over and used salt to rub on you. I try not to move as much as possible when I have a reaction. I used to love being directly in the sun! I used to love running till I feel like throwing up. Pushing the body to its limits... Can't do any of that.

I have had cholinergic urticaria since 2021 and now it is gone and i thought it will be good to share how i did it. Yess!! The dandelion tea is a MUST. I even included a slice of lime into the tea every time i take it. Take it very very frequently. I started taking the tea since May this year and by June, it is gone. I had to wait for two weeks of intense exercise and sweating to actually confirm that this itch is gone and it is INDEED GONE! Take the dandelion tea atleast 2-3 times daily. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I bought a pack of 120 infused dandelion tea and i have taken almost 90 - 100. CUT THE DAIRY TOO!! I havent tasted sugar or milk or any dairy products for 2 months now and if thats the price i have to pay i most definitely will not have any of it anymore just to make sure this itch never resurface again. I know how this condition felt when i had it too and i also much multiple YT videos on this and I think this video is the one that saved me, Dont take any food that tempts you to add milk, (like cereal, custard ). I just continued eating the normal food like bread, pasta and any other thing but never dairy. And finally, the hardest part of all this is actually getting some sweats. I remember my teary eyes due to the itch when i was outside. Mehn, it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had but you just have to do it. One day i just said to myself, It is better to take all the suffering now and end it once and for all that spend an eternity in this agony. Start with sitting under the sun and try to get atleast some sweat. Those of us with this condition has to be the only humans that is must conscious of when the sweat starts to get out. You can just feel the sweat coming and it immediately makes you stop whatever youre doing to cool yourself. At doing sitting under the sun for about 2 weeks, advancing to taking short walks under the sun. Keep doing this and i promise youve see improvements in matter of 3-4 weeks. If there's any other thing i remember i did to get this results. I promise id reach out again cause i know what i felt when i had this itch and i sure wouldnt wish this on anybody. Best of luck to all of us.

I want to say, that i have cu about 7 years. And i know, that it's somehow works with no sweating. But! When i was in army, i actually drinks milk every day, and, because its army, i was sweating everyday (lot of body motions per day) and its gone when i was in army, after i back home its started again. So maybe body exercises can also help (running for example), or visiting sauna, all that make you sweat is helpful

I have been suffering from hives for almost 3years now. and was very demoralized and lost hope of getting healed all together. 😢With me they mostly come out in the early hours of the morning and I would sit and scratch until the sunrise. The more I scratch myself up is the more the body gets swollen and painful. I have scars all over the body because of the scratching. I searched a lot of videos that couldn't assist but since I saw your video. I feel much better now that I bought the dandelion leaves. The hives are still creeping in but at least I do stay for a day or two without having them and then it comes back again. This time it doesn't affect the whole body at once like before but just there and there. I'm hoping to be free from hives soon. This is the worst disease ever😢 Thank you so much for the love and support, you gave us hope and healing. May the Good Lord do you Good and stay blessed.

Hello my friend. I read about it in a facebook group for CU and I saw your video too. I have already started today Dandelion roots and I really hope it will get away entirely. You are correct. Only we that we have it, know the pain and the suffering. The problems that if we will do this, our hives will trigger, if we will do that, our hives will explode, etc.. Some things that are minor but very very crucial to us! And when unfortunately it happens, we feel like 100 needles falling to our skin and we he have inner heat. It's awful, awful feeling..!! I have it for 25 years and I wish it will go away. I wish I had this information so many years before. It could have changed my life. You are very blessed that you had it only for so few years!

Update: IV been on dandelion capsules 400mg for some time but not a month yet. It worked wonders on my lymphedema i think it's totally healed now but only time will tell. For the CU IV been out of antihistamines and absolutely fine and active without them. But since yesterday my hand palm started itching followed by random itching throughout the body until today. Before i took dandelion throughout the years of having CU my hives never itched at all before they were painless. So now im itching but no hives there was only one little hive on the knee which disappeared fast and never came back. Do you think this is a healing crisis maybe it's close to disappearing forever. Did you at any point experience itchy skin before you were completely healed? I just decided to go back on antihistamines temporarily because I'm tired of itchy skin.
