Umm I'm not to sure what happened with the sopranos at the end but they were trying a little to hard to hit those notes and it didn't really sound like they should have been sop

my a capella group also did pentatonix' arrangement of this song and i agree with some of the other comments that i think you may have rushed it a little bit also, because youve got an all girl group, i feel like it's missing some lower notes.

While I love the attempt there is quite a bit of improvement needed. The worst thing was probably the fact that nearly the whole song was rushed as if the track I was listening to was skipping ahead every few seconds. The next major issue was balance. While the actual layers themselves are all needed and the notes are correct the background layers are often covering up the main vocalist. It was a common occurrence no matter who was singing lead which tells me that the group was taught to belt it out no matter what. This should not be the case. The whole group needs to find a balance in who should be loudest and when. There are times when the main vocalist should be barely heard while the backups are making the melody swell but there are other times where the backups should be just a whisper on the wind. You need to find that balance. Once those two things are fixed you will be an amazing group.

Skip the gymnastics and stick to the singing. It's hard to sing well on all fours with someone sitting on your back. And the local junior high probably isn't the best source for your choreographer.

The girl to the far right as we look at the video with the ballerina fluff on her skirt should go for 3-6 more inches of length. This would really give her dress a finished look and accentuate the best part of her leg. It might be worth it to her to take the dress to a seamstress to alter it just a bit. The pay off will be worth it, especially if a big gust of wind comes and blows up what little is there! Great job nonetheless!

really good, I just think you need something more basey, or harsher sounding like vocal percussion to contrast with the great vocals, which I guess is hard in an all female group. But still awesome :)
