sorry. Dia. of tube has NOTHING to do with light gathering. Nada! Only advantages are stronger tube all else being equal and space for more adjustment. Assuming the company takes proper advantage of the space. That's It. KnifeMaker

Actually, it depends on how the internals are arranged. IOR as well as March have some articles on this. It's a small difference, but depending on inner tube thickness, it sounds like it does have an effect. Maybe we can meet in the middle here and agree that it has a minor effect, sometimes... but isn't a large change and is directly related to Front Objective initial transmittance. I am not an expert, I have to rely on what I learn from the manufacturers themselves.

Thank you for giving an indepth review of the Zero tech Halo optic. I have been waiting for a Comprehensive review of this product as I just heard about it last week. I plan to own one to mount on my first 10mm 2011 that is factory cut for the Rms/Rmsc footprint.

I like this concept; MPVO capability in a LPVO footprint. I'd be happy with this on a 14.5 or 16 AR where I appreciate a little more on the top than the bottom. I really don't need a true 1X. The weight on it is class-leading light!

Not personally. I don't personally use anything under 500$ in my own collection, but I used to. And if I needed to I could make this scope work.

Is your rifle that easy to pump because it’s 177? I have the 22 version (stock) and after 4-5 pumps I have to really give it everything I got to pump it. Not sure if it’s just not broken in or if your BR pumper makes it easier…

Reasons not to get the dedicated lower, if youre building a gun that is a different caliber than 556 and doesn't fit the same magwell

@@WyattHayes-se1do well, this is a pretty entry level scope honestly man. It can work, but it's not going to suffice for long if your skill grows. I like this company, but it's not going to compete with better scopes.

It’s great to hear that you are a Christian. And like your guns. I’m the same. People give me a hard time about being a believer. But that’s ok. By the way Amazon has the 4-20X52 on sale for $259. Which is insane. There factory website claims Japanese glass. I own a 5-25x50 Discovery. It’s great for what I paid.

Didn’t realize you been doing videos on KZbin so many years. I just bought on of these scope for $458 delivered. Brand new in the box. Off of an auction site. Great deals if you search. I’m going to install it on a 223 target rifle as well. It’s amazing how many of the same scopes you and I have purchased over the years.

In my target 22 it just dont like the Wolf after finally finding some local. Ive shot a little of the new Norma and it did well for the price per box. However if im not shooting Lapua Midas+ my go to is the SK Rifle match. Thanks for the review!

Hello, I was watching a few of your older videos where you were featuring the Oryx chassis and I saw where you have 2 Savage rifles in 2 of these chassis. A model 10 and a model 12 (the one your shooting here) I have a model 12 I want to put in an Oryx. Do you remember what chassis model # the 12 fits in? Is it the same as the 10 / 110 ? I cant find any info at all on this but I know they fit because of videos like yours! Lol... Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!
