Clermont has become way too congested. It was never considered a “ city” until all of the construction began 20-15 years ago. It was a small town. I’m from clermont. Those of us that’s seem the changes from the horrible traffic to ungodly high rent prices remember a simpler time.

It’s probably the location. Sunbridge is closer to Lake Nona, but Crossprarie is so close to the turnpike you can be in Lake Nona in 20 minutes

In my opinion, Sun bridge edges out Crossprairie The reason is because it’s next to Lake Nona (closer to medical city and it’s amenities)

Que clase de trabajos hay, que no sea 10-15 dolares por hora y que puedan garantizar como mínimo las 40 horas, o sea un salario que garantice cubrir los gastos básicos. Porque no haces la lista de gastos básicos para vivir.

Ahorrar todo los gastos de un mes x 6 meses. Esto incluye renta/hipoteca, pagos mensuales, comida etc. Es bueno saber esos gastos mensuales. Tengo un video “como hacer un presupuesto para una casa” míralo. Gracias.
