None of this works, I have been reaching out to recruiters on daily basis. I might have messaged (using linkedin premium-too expensive) to around 1600 recruiters and only 8-9 of them replied which did not work. The worse thing is 80% of the recruiters are Indian consultancies and they have zero clue. They are puppets of the consultancy owner using zero brains. I would say someone should ban all consultancies owned by Indians. They exploit like hell.
