I am kinda late to the party, but I am going to post this to the main thread. I love Hendricks but this SRV version is better for sure in my opinion. However if your being fair about it. You have to remember, Hendricks came along years before SRV and was better than anyone in his own time period. If he had continue to live, there is a real possibility his playing would have gotten even better than it was, and I certainly believe he would have been able to play with the same fever and power that SRV did on his remake of Hendrick's song. Having said that, I am now curious to know what some of you might think of Zakk Wylde's acoustic version of Voodoo Child kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWKyeISHoJp7pq8 The man is absolutely amazing and he is playing an acoustic guitar
