Hey, man. Awesome video. What is the background music you use for the majority of the video?

Apart from ogres wouldn’t the best human class be mechanicus? Hear me out, if the grimdark future only has no please, hard labour and eating human paste mix (if I’m most likely going to be a regular person and not some named noble inquisitor)…. Then wouldn’t a mechanics eliminate all that. Surely as mechanics I can change it so when I eat human paste I sense delicious strawberries. Heck I wouldn’t even need food anymore. Couldn’t I just run any program or switch anything so if my job is laborious i release dopamine every ten minutes or run a simulation when I have all the woman. I wouldn’t even need woman. I just feel mechanicus is the absolute way to go baby. Any normal unnamed mechanicus can absorb enough knowledge to become somewhat adept. Your life would probably end feeling mundane from whatever and end up in a search for knowledge or someshit. Sounds decent to me.

Ushoran was the one who reinstated Abhorash’s law too feed only in the criminal & enemy soldiers. To my knowledge, Ushoran was one of the more humane of the vampires. this could just be me not being in the know, but I don’t remember reading that the Strigany believed them to be their gods. I could see them seeing them as gods that are not their own however. P.S. I have no idea where you get the “lore” impression that Ushoran fought The orc WAAAGH without the aid from the human soldiers of Mourkain… I don’t think there’s all that much information on the battle itself. The most info on the battle (ignoring the schemes/events before & after it) was that it was an orc WAAAGH, the battle was going south (cough Neferata’s a bitch cough) and that he died to an orc shaman’s… I’m just going to say WAAAGH Bolt as I don’t remember if they say if it was a specific spell or just condensed WAAAGH.

A guy in this comment section told me Neferata disbanded his army, i haven't re-watched my video in a while but if i say he disbanded it on his own that's just a mistake on my end lol, any battle details I took from the wiki so if that's wrong my bad for using a bad source again lol.
@Crown-of-Solomon16 күн бұрын
@@yellowsocker no problem. I’ve found that even fandom wikis can be… misleading and or lacking in certain things. I still use them, however I do look at the wiki page’s sources at the bottom to confirm. I started to learn about the lore by reading the Fantasy Battles (6th-8th Edition) rule books that relate to the topic of my interest The 2e of the Warhammer TTRPG & it’s extensions are really good sources of interesting & lesser known lore as well.

Marius was right, he did know about the river and the halflings had agreed to a bridge. "After a colossal bribe of gold and roastable animals, an accord was reached and Leitdorf sent engineers into the Moot to construct roads and, crucially, build a modern stone bridge over the River Stir." - White Dwarf 314, 2005. Page 90. Those scamming fuckers should've been eradicated, let loose a troll mob upon the buggers.

I think rather than Turks they are based on Cossacks who were a Slavic people heavily influenced by Turks. Historically Slavs and Turks influenced each other a lot and often lived side by side.

Personally I like the idea of the Southlanders having a style inspired by either Benin or the empires of Ghana, Mali and Songhai. If the Pygmies were to ever make a return as unlikely as that might be , one idea I find interesting is something similar to the Pygmies in the Mummy Returns 2001. That they were some kinda mummy or monster kinda thing and the lore could be that the Pygmies were once a peaceful race that were turned into horrible monsters that move incredibly fast and attack anything within their own territory. Making them deadly but also making you feel sorry for them that something so horrible could happen to them. Another possibility is that their a distant cousin of the Halflings with some noticeable differences and they integrated into Southlander society and are used as skirmish archers as their very skilled and used deadly poison arrows. I do like your idea by the way very nice.
@jonathanviera15894 ай бұрын
Personally I would like to see them work with the humans from the Southlands, as for a design I think the Kingdom of Benin armor would work perfectly it’s strong and has a unique style.

Great video. However, I don't agree on still name them "Pygmies", not only this a greek word to describe real ethnicity and there a way better named for them that come from African Myth: Yumboes, they are smal humanoïd creatures, who love food and dance. They are perfect if you want a term for Halfing coming from an Africa-like setting.

This is actually so good, i didn't even know what a Yumboe was! Great comment.

To anyone that wants to start to collect a Gnome Army for Warhammer like me i suggest you to have a look at "Old School Miniatures". They have an amazing range of regiments for your collection. Also you can find online the "Gnome Rules Book" for the 6th edition of Warhammer Fantasy so you can actually play with them. Thanks for the video.

I think it would be a good idea to give them beasts of war as it was said previously but also and I think what would fit them more is give them a heavy focus on range and missile units and a skirmisher type of army based on real historical units like the Numibian archers or the extensive use of trowing spears, javelins and trowing metal weapons of the zulu and other African tribes and because of their low stature and strenght, the city states coul have more use of spearmen infatry with javelins and archers like the numibians and zulu and as for their magic users a more priest/wizard of their god that use a more refined and controlled magic and for the jungle ones could take an aproach of a lees formation organiced and ambush skirmisher way of battling with a hevier use in beasts of war and african animals and beasts and the use of shamans of wildmagic on a more brutish side for the magic users, I think it would be cool and that would make the more different from other warhammer fantasy armies. Thanks to however listened to my rambling
