At first sight, this is an attractive home. Decided to go see it in person and the very first thing we noticed is it’s literally built in a raven with a 4-6 foot culvert running under the length of the home!! God knows what that could invite. No mention/image of it in the MLS listing. Good luck moving this one and for 1.4M Hard Pass.

Correct, it’s meant to hit the algorithm for larger grasp since fewer people know Fair Oaks in Sac County.

Actually Fair Oaks is not an incorporated city, it's an unincorporated community in Sacramento County, so stating it's in Sacramento is actually correct.

What a stupid pedestrian house. If you're going to have a 2 car garage, could it be at least oversized. Tiny back patio. Traffic over the Master. And I don't know what is up with all the idiot builders in the area, where's the effing basement. i will give them credit for doing the bare minimum and remembering the pot filler.

Yep! Pretty nice. 2 million dollars gets you a lot. But I don't have 2 million dollars. Hell, I don't even have a half a million. This house will probably stay vacant until someone from the Bay area comes to Sacramento and snatches it right up. Maybe a deal for those elitist in the San Francisco.

Big box store finishes, sinks, mirrors, toilets, faucets, vanities, light switches. No steam shower in primary or bench. No hand helds in the secondary showers. Back yard too narrow and steep for a POOL. Small kitchen no walkin pantry. Range hood devoid of any style. Absolutely nothing about this house says bespoke.

It’s in Loomis, so a safer area with better schools locally and then it’s more of a country/small town vibe. Then most homes there tend to have acreage and you’re away from the suburbs/city life but not too far from amenities either
