Wow your Garage with living quarters are Incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm guessing this is quite expensive and can't replace the average homes here in Southern California just yet. WoW!!!! Just curious, what has been the cheapest build you've done to date if you don't mind me asking? Just beautiful!!!

What areas of Washington do you build? Looking for property and want a shop/living space. Will do the inside finish work myself so looking mainly for the main structure to be built. Also I hear these style homes are difficult for Washington because of our frost line. How do you do the foundation? Thanks!

Hello- We are New Hampshire farmers and I enjoyed having horses for many years. I had considered this option and happy to see how well this worked out for you. I'm curious if others have contracted DC Builders for similar builds? So convenient and functionally beautiful. We have one of our barns attached to the main farm house and it is so nice to enter it from the house in a blizzard!

From what their prices say its about $150-$300 a square ft, making it around 2 mill at 6,680 Square ft not including any extras, honestly that's not bad for how beautiful this house is.
