De que sirve si no sale sangre asi nunca se endurecera los grandes maestros incluso tiene circulos de la cicatriz y los dedos chuecos de tanto golpear. Eso es muy ligero

Bueno, yo también tengo un makiwara y práctico seguido.Pero también es recomendable que al golpear tenga un movimiento para que no sea tan estático y que no lastime la muñeca .Saludos
